VMUG Home Lab Presentation

I recently attended my local VMUG event and I have to say that I was very impressed with the session put on by Matt Mancini regarding building a home lab inside of VMware Workstation 7.  All attendees received a handout regarding costs, setting goals, and step-by-step instructions on setting up VMware Workstation and a few ESX hosts as virtual machines.  Talk about being prepared!  How often do you receive step-by-step instructions at a conference?
